We don’t understand why LinkedIn doesn’t have ‘Recruitment’ as a job function when posting a job.  The closest thing we can choose is ‘Human Resources’.

You’d think LinkedIn would recognise the difference!?  Surely there’s a difference right?

Do you agree, or do you think Recruitment / Talent Acquisition should be lumped in with HR as a function, or are they Chalk and Cheese?
