Our client is seeking a talented International Recruiter for this global Internet business – a leader in its niche.
This is an opportunity to effect real change and transform the current de-centralised European wide recruitment team to a World-class centralised team using the latest tools and technology to source the best talent.
You’ll have at least 5 years experience in a recruiting function, within a multi-country technology or Internet business or a leading recruitment agency placing these types in contract or perm.
If you have some team leading skills it’s a bonus but not a deal-breaker.
You’ll have experience recruiting for mid to senior folks in (some or all) – Product Management, Data Science, Mobile, Artificial Intelligence etc or other emerging technologies.
You need energy and passion for recruitment, plus, fluent written and verbal English and the ability to travel.
Ideally, you’ll be based in Berlin but for exceptional talent, other EU cities may be considered.
