Analytics Reporting Automation Manager

Provide thought leadership and actionable insight for accelerated global growth

Support EU Marketing teams on revenue generating initiatives.

Partner with senior marketing teams as an analytics expert, using data driven insight to influence and support strategic decision making.

Develop analytical frameworks and metrics to be used on a global basis for measuring performance and improving and maximising marketing ROI

You should be a competent data miner and become the subject matter expert around data mining tools, techniques, performance and insight and research and deploy advanced mathematical, statistical and experimental tools and techniques 

You will partner with marketing, analytics, finance and technology teams to grow the marketing analytics tools and data infrastructure to ensure robust cross channel performance evaluation.

Work with global cross functional teams on ad-hoc business projects

Lead best practices sharing with analysts and managers located across the world

Drive innovation with the help of cutting edge technologies

Job Requirements 

Great relationship builder with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across finance, analytics, marketing and technology on planning & execution the analytics roadmap

Ability to identify and take on critical projects, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic/changing environment

Highly analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to excellence and a passion for understanding the business implications of analytic results

Superior communication skills – verbal, written & presentation skills. Ability to transition seamlessly from complex analytics to simple/precise business implications

Possessing good judgment and mature decision-making skills. Diplomatic yet assertive, with an ability to push back when needed and to know when to follow up with others.

Hands-on, resourceful and a doer. Able to work autonomously but also operate as part of a strong, cohesive team.

Achievement oriented, with a positive “can do” attitude toward learning coupled with a strong desire to do so at an accelerated pace.

Proactive, always looking ahead and anticipating consumers & business needs and challenges.

Having a personality that people warm to and a sense of humor built on a foundation of personal integrity, humility and an appreciation for the power of team-work

Education MBA or Equivalent
