Head of Planning - European Marketing   -  Up to 214,000 CHF - Plus Bonus, Shares and Benefits
This a lead business planning role reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer with a clearly defined career progression to a director level position within this globally recognised and respected brand.
You will be leading the European marketing transformation project and the position represents a brand new function.

The role has been described as akin to an strategic, digital, marketing, Air Traffic Controller who will knit together clear lines of sight between growth plans, strategy goals, customer tracking, analytics, finance and measurement of performance marketing campaigns and how all the various marketing channels come together to support these goals across all European country domains.

Understanding from both a helicopter perspective and more detailed analysis how these elements all link to finance and the financial goals of the organisation and talking the insights, knowledge and best practice and applying that to each EU country lead always with the customer in mind as the main driver for change.

You will be structured, independent and robust with strong influencing and relationship building skills at C-level. Your experience will include having managed multi-million value planning / advertising / marketing budgets. This is very important!

You will be familiar with all marketing channels such as online, offline, digital, loyalty, CRM, Brand etc

Perhaps you are in a marketing strategy, performance marketing or planning role with a multi-national consumer facing business like retail, telecoms, technology and media or travel organisation, or you might be with a digitally focused agency or a technology focused consultancy business.
