Job Description

Are you an ambitious compensation and benefits analyst and business partner with fluent Polish?

Our client is an internet success story who are growing rapidly and need someone who can assess the market and what they should be offering to attract, secure and retain top talent, making sure they are competitive.

You will focus on the Central and Eastern European markets so if you have other CEE languages other than Polish that will be looked upon favourably.

You have probably been in a rewards analysis type role but feel you have the confidence and gravitas to make business decisions and influence senior management across the CEE region and are ready to take the next level of responsibility and become a genuine business partner. Or perhaps you're already at that level but the time is right to move and join a dynamic fast growing company with genuinely exciting prospects and personal growth opportunities ahead.

You will be an excellent project manager, a hands on compensation and benefits assessor and you will have designed sales compensation plans.

Your previous role will have had multinational exposure and you should be comfortable navigating across borders within the business and assessing the market in CEE regions.

You should be Polish, perhaps you relocated to gain valuable experience in international markets and the time is right to return home whilst stepping up your career to a bigger challenge in an exciting dynamic and entrepreneurial organisation with future opportunities on a global basis then we should talk.
