Head of Channel Development
My client is seeking a heavy hitting Head of Channel Development, responsible for bringing together a powerful network of European system integrators and consultants to bring leading omnichannel solutions to market.
The large portfolio of products and services allows 3rd parties to join forces and add value and meaningful synergy for their clients.
You will identify partners, set strategy, define goals and work with the channel partners to bring new clients to the table.
·Build a winning plan to attract and motivate Europe's leading system integrators and consultants
·Engage with the chosen channel partners regularly to support their acquisition efforts
·Constantly seek new opportunities to leverage channel partners and their skills and assets in sales campaigns
·Build strong senior level relationships with channel partners and industry leaders
·Consistently achieve sales quota
·Understands the retail industry, its main players and the omnichannel strategy of leading brands and retailers
·Can interpret a P&L statement at business level, understand cash flow and its impact on a business
·Work collaboratively with channel partners to close deals
·Able to clarify complex or technical information and aid in the audience's understanding
·Significant experience in sales leadership roles with previous experience in business and/or technology roles
·Experienced in the e-commerce and fashion retail industries, experience within a multi-country environment
·Good presentation and verbal skills and ability to work at 'C' level
Fluent English is essential and other European language skills will be a bonus, especially Italian and German
