Customer Insights Manager / Data Scientist
My client, one of the UK's best loved online brands who are currently at the forefront of innovation when it comes to classifieds online, have a need for a talented senior Customer Insights manager to come in and help them shape their User Experience (UX) and Product experience, working closely with their talented product development teams you will identify key flows, identify Key Performance Indictors (KPi's) through quantitative analysis.
In an ideal world you will have experience in customer to customer, C2C environments but other consumer experience will be good if it's within high traffic web sites / online.
You will analyse how users interact with site and the apps and define the metrics to get the insight you need to improve the user experience.
You champion data within the team and you will have the gravitas to present to senior management and influence their decision making.
You will need to be good with SQL and be a seasoned Google Analytics analyst.
As you can see, it's a hybrid role, a mix of data analysis wizardry and insight and influence and for the right person it represents a solid career opportunity
