· You should have at least 5 years working with clients to improve their business results
· Strong understanding of latest marketing analytics research techniques and tools
· Quantitative skills and able to get involved with the data when required
· Entrepreneurial mind-set, strong leadership qualities and excellent relationship building skills internally and externally.
