Lead Business Solution Consultant - €75-90k + extras - Germany
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Solution Consultant to who can walk clients through the delivery process of complex ecommerce software solutions from a strategic, technology, marketing and sales engagement perspective.
You will enter the sales cycle soon after the initial sales process to help your sales director and your client understand the customer requirements and articulate the solutions and next steps.
You will lead the client through the delivery cycle becoming a trusted business partner and building solid relationships with the client and building credibility and driving a compelling solution for your clients business which exceeds their expectations.

You should have exemplary client facing experience ideally in a technology, ecommerce, retail, digital environment and be well versed in presenting to C-Level and ideally with Pan European or International experience.
Although direct sales experience is not essential our client is looking for a natural closer in the delivery process to help clearly define the delivery road-map with questions like "are you happy to move on?" coming naturally and as part of your strong relationship with the client.
You will have fantastic market knowledge and be able to work with internal business leaders to help them improve the product offering based on listening to your customer's needs.
You will also assist in developing your presentation content for your own and your sales teams use.
The role will be focused on Germany to begin with but the remit extends to the DACH region.
You should speak German and English to business level.
Knowledge of a mix of the following is essential: Technology solutions, Omnichannel, Payments, Fulfilment, customer service and marketing
